Twin Branch Wellness & Recovery is a women-only residential treatment program in Virginia's historic Northern Neck that provides a tranquil and private recovery environment for up to 24 adult women. The program offers 24/7 medical and support care, individualized treatment plans, and continuing care plans based on individualized assessments. The program offers a women-specific curriculum, with therapies to help them overcome addiction and chemical dependencies. They offer evidence-based practices and medically assisted treatment (MAT), and evaluate women daily during their residential program. Physical activities in both indoor and outdoor settings are an integral part of the treatment plans to stimulate the brain and body. Twin Branch's treatment programs offer opportunities for exercise, nutrition, life skills, and general wellness, along with a care plan upon discharge. The program's goal is to offer the tools needed to sustain a life path of sobriety and wellness for each woman. With a campus spanning 30 acres, Twin Branch provides a safe harbor from everyday distractions.
