The substance abuse outpatient programs also balance holistic techniques and clinical modalities to provide effective treatment plans to help clients thrive. Their customized neurobiological integration program (NBI) is personalized, enhancing the cognitive and behavioral response and regulating the nervous system to restore balance to brain chemistry. True Life also offers self-care practices that heal the whole mind, body, and spirit. These practices include a yoga therapy program, an acupuncture program, fitness and bodywork session, and nutrition counseling. True Life Center strives to create a sanctuary-like space that provides a soothing environment promoting healing. Each element of the facility's design keeps this in mind. On site, clients can enjoy an exercise room, a yoga room, a massage therapy room, and comfortable spaces for individual therapy. True Life Center will work with the client's individual insurance carrier to ensure the maximum out-of-network reimbursement for their plan.
