Summit’s care team carefully selects and integrates various proven modalities to create atailored treatment plan for each person. Clients participate in 6 hours of therapeutic groups daily and one individual therapy session per week, along with daily check-ins with clinical staff. This immersive approach allows for rapid skill acquisition and deep exploration of underlying thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that contribute to mental health conditions and addiction. Summit’s 48-bed facility houses both their medical detoxification and residential services, ensuring a seamless transition between levels of care. Rooms are assigned by gender, age range, and level of care. The facility offers adistraction-minimized environment, with TVs only in common areas to encourage focus on recovery and peer connection. A talented on-site chef prepares three nutritious meals and snacks, and clients can participate in guided morning hikes every day. Summit at Knoxville equips clients with the tools, skills, and support network necessary to thrive in everyday life.
