Youth learn practical coping strategies through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and expressive therapies. Some groups focus on emotional regulation, healthy choices, or conflict resolution. A multidisciplinary team collaborates with families and schools to support progress outside of sessions.
