Located near Sacramento amongst the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas, Restoration Recovery provides medical detox, residential treatment, outpatient programming, and aftercare services. Clients are treated with respect and dignity from qualified carers as they are encouraged to work toward a better version of themselves with a personally tailored treatment plan. Their medical detox is ideal for individuals with physical dependencies to alcohol or opioids, providing a 3-5 day medically supervised detox with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to ease withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Once stabilized, clients can move on to residential care. Residential treatment addresses addiction with co-occurring mental health disorders, blending trauma-informed care with evidence-based, experiential, and holistic methods. Clients engage in regular individual and group therapy, along with complimentary experiential activities such as equine therapy under the supervision of a therapist. Additionally, Restoration Recovery offers spiritual care with a Christian-based religious track. Residents reside in a safe and comfortable home-like environment that promotes long-term recovery and peer connection. Their residential care is ideal for executives and professionals, with flexible technology policies and internet access allowing clients to attend to work or personal business during evening hours and on weekends. Residents are welcome to bring laptops, cell phones, or tablets, with phones and fax machines available on-site for clients to use. Their full continuum of care provides comprehensive outpatient care in addition to their detox and residential program. Day treatment (PHP) offers intensive support during the day while clients reside at home or in a sober living environment. PHP involves 30 hours of clinical care per week, typically for 5 days a week for 30-90 days. Clients can step down from residential care, or enter directly into the day treatment or intensive outpatient program if they do not need 24/7 monitoring. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) is their lowest level of care, consisting of fewer hours in a clinical setting and a focus on strengthening newly learned life and coping skills. IOP at Restoration Recovery involves 9-12 hours in treatment per week, as clients will spend from 60 days up to a full year in treatment. Aftercare services provide ongoing support with continued access to professional guidance and peer support. Relapse prevention services assist individuals with maintaining and further developing effective coping strategies and triggers, reducing the chances of relapse. On-going access to individual counseling and group therapy fosters further personal growth and enhanced mental and emotional health.
