Recognizing that each individual has unique needs, their licensed staff creates personalized treatment plans that encompass the holistic self. Therapies in an individual’s treatment plan may include medication-assisted treatment (MAT), a variety of counseling sessions (individual, group, family), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, nutrition counseling, mindfulness and meditation, and yoga therapy.
