Quest House is a sober living program for LGBTQ+ and HIV positive clients. Located in Portland, Oregon, the facility provides a safe and supportive environment for those in the transition period between inpatient programs and reintegration into daily life. Quest House is a joint initiative between Bridges to Change and Quest Center for Integrative Health, and is equipped to house nine individuals. Quest House is dedicated to providing evidence-based treatments, including mental health services, acupuncture, exercise, nutrition, and case management. Their care team consists of licensed clinical psychologists, social workers, addiction counselors, and a Doctor of Chinese Medicine. The primary goal is to provide a supportive structure that empowers clients to become self-sufficient while receiving the guidance they need. The care team recognizes that members of the LGBTQ+ community face higher rates of mental health disorders and are at increased risk of homelessness. They are dedicated to fostering a supportive community and environment that promotes healing and recovery for their clients.
