This addiction treatment center helps clients ride the waves of recovery by providing detox, residential and aftercare services. They treat the entire person and not just the addictive behaviors. After detox, clients can move into the residential treatment where they will particpate in using the tools and resources needed to continue in their sobriety. They offer cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, group therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, experiential therapy, adventure therapy, trauma therapy and relapse prevention planning. In addition to treating the addiction, the clinicians treat any underlying dual diagnoses, which can include holistic modalities and medication management as needed. The location of this treatment center is known for its beaches and natural beauty. Clients can take advantage of nearby surfing and windsurfing. The staff desires for each of their clients to live a healthier life after treatment.
