Pathways Recovery Center began as recovery homes for those needing structure, accountability, and support while transitioning back into society after active addiction and has since expanded into this residential treatment facility for adult men and women. Treatment methods include things such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), addressing negative thinking patterns that lead to destructive behaviors. Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) aims to improve distress tolerance. One on one counseling focuses on individual treatment plans and goals. Group therapy and the 12-Step program help in building social support systems. Some of their other holistic treatment approaches include art therapy, fitness and physical therapy, yoga, and meditation.
