New Beginnings Counseling Center, LLC is a behavioral health practice serving Madison and surrounding Wisconsin communities. Founded in 2017 by Frederick Harris, the agency was created in response to a lack of diverse behavioral health providers. The center is easily accessible from the Beltline Highway in Madison, and is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
