Mountainside provides a robust range of therapy options with qualified staff to find which therapies work best for the individual. Treatment can include individual and group counseling, 12-Step facilitation, anger management, acupuncture, adventure therapy, expressive therapy, healthy living workshops, therapeutic art and writing, and more. Mountainside believes the greatest asset for long-term recovery is a strong support system. They work closely with the client’s family and create support services to help loved ones understand addiction and the recovery process. Mountainside has numerous facilities throughout the Northeast.
