Lifeways Youth Center

A youth residential center providing comprehensive mental health and wraparound substance use treatment services for children, adolescents, and their families. The center offers individual therapy, medication management, peer mentoring, and intensive in-home behavioral health treatment therapy. Comprehensive Treatment ServicesThe center creates personalized treatment plans focused on each individual's recovery, addressing specific challenges and goals. It provides one-on-one counseling, group therapy, recreation therapy, and SMART recovery meetings. With psychiatric services, including medication management and MAT for co-occurring mental health conditions, the center also supports community integration and offers discharge planning with resources for employment and housing.
