Set on a three-acre wooded campus near the Jehovah’s Witnesses church in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, the program offers a peaceful setting for recovery. Clients take part in group therapy, gender-specific sessions, and individual counseling. Treatment also includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relapse prevention, and life skills classes, with on-site AA/NA meetings. Spiritual care and Native American resources, including a smudging area and sweat lodge, are also available. Daily routines include therapy groups, gender-specific sessions, educational classes, individual counseling, and time for breaks and self-reflection. Family therapy and related support programs, including Al-Anon and Nar-Anon, are incorporated to strengthen the support network at home. Clients also attend nutrition education, with 24-hour residential staff providing guidance and supervision.
