Focus
This center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your treatment plan addresses each condition at once with personalized, compassionate care for comprehensive healing.

Greenville Transitions unique approach to treating addiction combines evidence-based therapy with adventure activities in an outpatient setting. Designed as the next step after residential care, Greenville provides flexible programs with varied intensity. Intensive outpatient care (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient programming. PHP takes the most commitment with sessions held 3 days a week. IOP is a structured program designed to help ease transition into a recovery network outside of the clinical program. Their OP is a step down from IOP, where patients can continue individual and group therapy, tapering off to 3 hours per week. Each level of care is meant to address the person holistically, mind, body, and spirit. Clients receive individual counseling where they learn healthy coping skills and deal with any past trauma contributing to the addiction. Adventure therapy plays a key role in the recovery process, helping shift that addictive tendency into something healthier. Clients will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, paintball, top golf, yoga, and more.
