Granite Wellness Centers in Auburn offers a full continuum of care, with detox and residential care for adults struggling with substance use, offering medically supervised detox and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to ease cravings and withdrawal symptoms, and a personalized blend of evidence-based individual, group, and family therapies throughout residential care. Clients living in their recovery residences maintain a high level of engagement and participation with a social worker who works closely with individuals toward their goals, providing case management services and resources.
