Therapists also address relationship issues, codependency, depression, anxiety, and stress through intensive outpatient program (IOP), individual and group counseling, and secure virtual sessions designed to promote long-term recovery and emotional stability.
Clients engage in a structured therapeutic process guided by certified sex addiction and betrayal trauma specialists. Treatment incorporates individual, couples, and group therapy, trauma processing techniques such as the trauma egg, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), lifespan integration, and Meadows’ post induction therapy, alongside 12-Step recovery counseling to rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and restore emotional balance.
Healing extends through immersive retreats and workshops set in tranquil rural surroundings. These programs blend equine-assisted therapy, mindfulness, sound baths, art, and fireside group sessions to deepen reflection and connection. Licensed therapists and life coaches lead each experience, fostering growth, self-discovery, and a renewed sense of peace beyond traditional therapy settings.
