EOSIS Eagan is an outpatient treatment program for adults with substance use conditions, offering a full continuum of care. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) runs from Monday to Thursday, with sessions available between 9 AM and noon and from 5 PM to 8 PM, as well as virtually. Their care team is composed of licensed alcohol and drug counselors who are well equipped to guide patients on their unique journey to recovery. The facility is just a 5-minute walk from several bus stops, making their services easily accessible.
