Crossroads offers separate day treatment and intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) for women with substance use and eating disorders. Women in the eating disorder IOP meet for group counseling implementing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) led by masters-level clinicians. They also participate in medical nutrition therapy led by dieticians and share meals with other participants, reviewed by dieticians. This program meets Monday through Friday for 3 hours each day. Day treatment offers a more intensive level of care, meeting for 6 hours per day Monday through Friday. The women’s substance use IOP offers individual sessions and group therapy including early recovery, relapse prevention, family education, social support, and 12-Step groups. This program meets 3-5 days per week for 3 hours per day. Day treatment meets 6 hours per day, 5 days per week, with women in the substance use and eating disorder groups meeting separately for half the day and together for the other half. Crossroads offers additional individual, couples, family, and group counseling for men and women with substance use and eating disorders, helping clients with personal struggles and interpersonal relationships.
