Chapters Recovery Center is an outpatient treatment center offering intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs for drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring disorders. Treatment methods include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), individual and group therapy, and family therapy. Chapters offers aftercare after clients complete treatment. Chapters has a strong Alumni Program that meets on a regular basis and offers encouragement and advice. Peer involvement can help clients identify and work through triggers for relapse prevention. Support groups also help with developing coping skills for challenging emotions, and creating a plan for minimizing these negative feelings when they arise. Family involvement is highly encouraged both during treatment and in aftercare. When family and friends engage in their loved one’s treatment, it can prevent the risk of relapse.
