Located just outside Auckland, New Zealand, on beautiful acres, this facility maintains a low client-to-staff ratio, treating only four guests at a time, which allows for personalized care and individual attention. Their "whole person" approach features individualized treatment plans, holistic modalities, and evidence-based therapies including motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and relapse prevention. Clients develop specific skill sets to effectively manage daily life challenges. "A significant part of the Capri Sanctuary program involves guidance on implementing positive health behaviors that support values, well-being, and quality of life. This includes developing good practices in sleep, nutrition, self-care, and social interactions. Daily personal training sessions, massage therapy, and yoga are integral to the treatment program. Additionally, Capri Sanctuary offers an extensive aftercare program that includes coaching for as long as necessary after the residential stay."
