Banyan Chicago provides multiple levels of outpatient care, including day treatment (or PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), general outpatient, and a stabilization program. Banyan Chicago’s masters-level clinicians and medical directors provide individual and group therapies, with daily groups and at least one weekly 1:1 session. Their evidence-based therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), biofeedback, art therapy, Gestalt therapy, family therapy, and more. These therapies treat the whole person, not just the symptoms of addiction. Banyan Chicago addresses co-occurring mental health conditions throughout their programs, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and ADHD.
