Avenues Recovery Townsend is located on the 5th floor of the New Orleans East Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility built in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina. Accommodations are clean and modern, and clients can enjoy local transportation, nightly 12-Step meetings, gourmet catered meals, recreational facilities, fitness instruction, and fun evening and weekend activities. Townsend Recovery Detox and Drug Rehab Center accepts most private insurance and is accredited by CARF and the Joint Commission.
