A typical day includes a nutritious morning breakfast followed by group therapy or individual counseling, meeting with frequent guest speakers, and ending with process groups and homework assignments. On weekends, clients are encouraged to engage in outdoor activities such as beach fitness, hiking, or exploring nearby sights. Anaheim Lighthouse houses men and women separately in a comfortable environment. Their facilities have cozy bedrooms, living spaces, modern kitchens and large patios, perfect for relaxing or engaging with others. All meals are prepared on-site, and Anaheim Lighthouse can accommodate any dietary restriction the client may have.
